Public schools are divided into eight typologies. Schools were graded from 0 to 100. Type 6 - suburban schools with very low student poverty and large student population had the highest mean grade (73.9) and the highest median (80.00). This means that over half the type 6 schools graded over 80. Type 8 Urban Schools with very high student poverty and very large student population had the lowest mean exclusion grade (18.75) and the lowest median (10). Urban schools graded lower than other public school types. The difference in exclusion grade based on typology is statistically significant (p<.00). That is, there is zero probability that the difference occurred by chance alone.
