            Minority student here means a student from historically racial minority: African/Black, Asian, Hispanic/Latino, Native Americans/Inuits and Pacific Islanders. Half the public school district had less than 5.5% minority.Two schoolshad no minority students: Kelleys Island Local 11 and Put-In-Bay Local12. While East Cleveland City13had 99.8% of minority students. There are four schools with no reported information. 14Type 2 (Rural - Average Student Poverty & Very Small Student Population) had the lowest median percentage of minority students half the public schools having less than 2.7% minority students. Type 8 (Urban - Very High Student Poverty & Very Large Student Population) had the highest median percentage of minority students half the public schools having more than 72.7% minority
