The median for Public School was 34.5 and the median for Charter School was 35.0. Both Charter School and Public School had school districts that graded 0. The highest grade for Public School was 92.8, more than the 83.5 grade of Charter Schools. The difference based on organization type is statistically significant. (p=.000). 93.2% of Public School district had an “F” grade; while 83.3% of Charter Schools had an “F”. Charter Schools had a higher percentage of A/B (14.1%) than Public Schools (2.3%).
