Worst School: Recieved a Zero on Racial Disparity Grade
A total of 300 (26.9%) of Ohio school districts received a zero on racial disparity grade. Schools received a zero either because they had missing information or they had a racial disparity rate greater than or equal to 99.45. That is the racial group with the highest exclusion rate had 99.45 times more suspension than the racial group with the lowest. Of the 300 schools, 134 (44.6%) were public school district and 68 (22%) were community (charter) school. Of the 134 public school distrits, all types had schools that zero grade. Type 3: Small Town - Low Student Poverty & Small Student Population had the most districts 35 that earned zero. Type 8: Urban - Very High Student Poverty & Very Large Student Population had the fewest school but, the represented 37.5% of Type 8 schools.
