Racial Justice NOW! was instrumental in the Dayton Public School system adding an Office of Males of Color to address the systemic problems of Black boys being pushed out of school and into the criminal justice system. This office is the first in the state and the third in the nation. Our October monthly parent meeting will feature John Rogers, Director of the DPS Office of Males of Color. Parents and community members will have the opportunity to listen to John Rogers share how his office helps the students in the district and there will be time for question and answer. Food and childcare will be provided.
